Can I cook the chicken breasts out of paper?
I do not know if possible, but I can cook two chicken breasts without using paper? I do not like crispy skin so is the role of my only option? I thought of cooking in a pan with the lid, which could help? Any suggestions would be perfect! Thank you!
Are you thinking about your kitchen chicken breasts in the oven only? .. and that's why you mentioned the aluminum foil? There are several ways you could cook the chicken chicken and not have the crispy skin: IN MICROWAVE: … Cook chicken in a covered container MicroSave sure … You can also add small quantities of liquids or vegetables or sauces, the chicken above or around (… nothing can get brown or crisp secure container in the microwave unless Browning surfaces Special used) in the oven: … put in oven covered with a lid … cook "wrapper" with parchment paper or a brown paper bag instead of alum.foil … only store the chicken with aluminum foil or anything else, it completely surrounds … or hang with a damp cloth … cook the chicken with something "wet" in the top of it (maybe sauteed vegetables, or a cream soup or barbecue sauce or mayonnaise + crushed crackers, etc.) … * unbaked skin on the stove … poaching in a covered pot with enough liquid to come halfway to the sides (you may use any liquid, or even put garlic / etc. in the liquid) … saute in an open pan (brown on both sides at the highest heat, then turn the heat down (or put in low oven) to finish the last bit of cooking to keep offer ….. when it is almost finished, you can add vegetables, sauces (or making sauces) … or you could have cooked in a sauce or vegetables all the time, covered CrockPot … not recommended for proteins such as tender breasts, but if left on the bones and cook for just a few hours, could be not too HTH unjuicy, Diane B.
