Recipes like the TV commercial says, "For the seafood lover in you", here are some tasty, healthy and fast to make your meal special fish. Seafood is perfect for "quick" food as it cooks faster and requires little preparation. Choice of baked lemon sole, Fillets of salmon with dill cream sauce, or baked halibut. The halibut has a little longer to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or two. The actual cooking time is less than half an hour.

LEMON-baked SINGLE

4 Single fillets (3 1 / 4 ounce each)

2 teaspoon butter melted

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons flour

2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

1 red / 8 tsp

Paprika 1 / 8 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse fillets thoroughly with cold water and dry with paper towels and set aside. In a small bowl, combine butter and lemon juice. Mix flour, parsley and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip the fillets in the butter mixture then dredge in flour mixture. Place the fillets on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle fillets with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and flakes easily when forked.

For steak: approximately 92 calories, 3 g carbohydrate, 16 g protein

SALMON MEAT WITH CREAM Dill Sauce

1 / 2 cup chopped green onions

1 tablespoon butter

1 can (10 3 / 4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 / 2 cup cream and a half

2 tablespoons white wine

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

4 (1 "thick) salmon fillets

In a large skillet, saute onion in butter. Add soup, cream, wine, and dill. Place salmon fillets on top. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Spoon sauce over steaks to serve.

BAKED HALIBUT

8 (4 ounces each) halibut fillets

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 / 4 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano

Pepper 1 / 4 teaspoon of

Water 1 / 2 cup

1 / granules 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon flavored

2 green onions chopped

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Rinse fillets with cold water, dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet. Brush fillets evenly with the mustard Dijon. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, oregano and pepper. Pour over fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

In a small saucepan, combine water and bouillon granules and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the broth is dissolved. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and poured broth mixture around the fish on the plate. Top fish with green onions and parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when testing with a fork.
