I need 2 old recipes, a seafood casserole Piccadilly cafeteria and a restaurant's green chile Kmart.?

Piccadilly Cafeteria was Thomas Mall in Phoenix, Arizona and I loved her seafood casserole. It was a cookie or a base of bread and had no rice or noodles, but reminded me of a seafood stuffing that was baked in individual oval casserole dishes. The restaurant is no longer there, but in the years 1960 and 1970, was a favorite place to go! The green chile sauce was old restaurants in Kmart stores, made with ground beef, tomatoes, green peppers and onions, I've done many times when I worked there in late 1970, but I do not remember exactly how. He served over fried burritos as dish a Burrito Deluxe.
