how bad it is occasional binge eating?

I think I gained 5 pounds today as a single meal. I had 3 pieces of roast beef, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, broccoli with cheese sauce, bread, cheese and crackers, ham, and cake with ice cream. my stomach looks like I'm pregnant, protruding and filled with fat and the future. but for some reason i cannot stop doing this every couple of days because i cannot make myself stop eating once the START I Also something like the feeling of rubbing my belly full round. I know this is not healthy, but that other people do this?

Yes, it is normal for the holidays, as Christmans and Thanksgiving (USA). If you are doing throughout the year, often – then you need to reassess your diet plan and priorities. But if you eat a little more than they should when the family is around, or during special events, a couple of times a year – 100% normal. In fact, I feel sorry for those who are so strict in diet plans that never get to experience these things. But do not let you down, go back in the gym, and return to its normal, healthy diet immediately. Enjoy of life, the food is great, do it in moderation.
