where do i put my stuff on rides at disney world?

i had a terrible experience taking a smallish purse on space mountain with my digital camera, video camera, wallet and some toiletries. every bump i thought my bag would fly to the bottom (or worse) hit someone! the same thing on tower of terror, i was spending the whole ride trying to keep my stuff intact and could barely enjoy the ride! i know lots of disney rides have a different exit than entrance to the ride, so i know leaving my bag with a cast member won’t work. help!

You don’t have to worry that much for your bag on the rides, the thing is that you enjoy them!

You are right, Cast Members won’t keep an eye on your things, they can’t be held responsible if something happens to it.

Most of the rides have a compartment where you can store your things. In case they don’t just put the bag handle in your leg and it should be fine. Or but it by your feet, step on the bag, or even sit on it if you don’t have fragile items. Once I got on Rock N Roller Coaster and we forgot to throw a water bottle in the trash before getting on, so we just left it in the floor and wondering at what time during the ride y was going to fly out and hit us, jaja. But it didn’t, it just stayed on the floor!!!

Probably you will be doing some shopping. If you are staying at a Disney Resort just have them send your things to the hotel or if not, send it to the entrance of the park and you can pick it up at the end of the day. Both services are for free, and you don’t have to be carrying everything around all day.
