Will 2 day old 100% silicone caulk (GE I) stick to itself?

I’m resealing an aquarium and one of my beads had a bubble so I applied another bead along the first one. Will the ge 100% silicone bond to itself to form a water tight seal or do I need to start over?

Once the previous Application of silicon is completely cured, which is the case after two days, you may apply another coat and expect it to bond,taking for granted that the surface are completely free of grease or moisture.
